I had the privilege of working with Catherine on a project with Multicultural Youth SA (MYSA). Multicultural Youth SA is a leading community based organisation that provides services and programs to support multicultural young people and their families living in South Australia. One specific program we ran was to educate youths on the process of applying for jobs. To facilitate this, we asked Catherine Middleton from OFFICE Dynamics Adelaide to cover the many facets of being ‘job ready’.

Catherine’s session was interactive, informative and engaging, as she addressed a cross section of issues pertaining to being ‘job ready’. She was also generous with her time in responding to specific issues raised by the students. She was more than willing to go the extra mile in ensuring everyone understood the information presented. Feedback was very positive, and it would be my pleasure to invite Catherine back again, as and when we run our next ‘job ready’ session.

Council engaged OFFICE Dynamics Adelaide to deliver a workshop ‘How to sell your volunteer experience to an employer’ with the aim to assist our volunteers to re-enter the paid workforce. The participants rated the workshop very highly across all areas including usefulness of the information, presenters knowledge and style of teaching. Catherine was easy to work with and I would be pleased to work with her again in the future.

Marketing YOU to the world

I have worked with Catherine over many years, firstly in her role as SA President and then subsequently as Board Chair and National President of AIOP.

I have always found her to be conscientious and committed to delivering more than the expected results, and she communicates and relates well to to all kinds of people.  She can be relied on to be organised and disciplined even under difficult circumstances. She is a delight to work with.

Catherine’s experience within the business community in South Australia offered a perfect fit for her consulting roll with Priority Management. She had the ability to really listen to clients, identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions through the professional development we offered.  As the State Manager at that time I was excited to have someone of her calibre join the team.

We worked with businesses that had challenges with all facets of administration; workload management, project management, information management, client service, to name a few. The concern was that these challenges interfered with the very important “income producing activity”. Simple and effective processes can be implemented but managers are often too busy to think them through.  I highly recommend Catherine she knows the solutions.

Catherine has incredible experience and with this the ability to fine tune organisations administration. She is able to provide an administrative needs analysis for organisations. She also can roll up the sleeves and help practically with this work. Catherine is of the highest character and lovely to talk to. I have no hesitation in recommending her.
